About Dreams Come True

Dreams Come True is the only national UK wish-granting charity which supports children 5-18 who have life-limiting conditions, disabilities and serious illnesses and who live in the most socially deprived areas of this country.  It is a small much much-needed charity with an annual budget of £1,000,000.
