Dreams Come True is the only national UK wish-granting charity which supports children 5-18 who have life-limiting conditions, disabilities and serious illnesses and who live in the most socially deprived areas of this country. It is a small much much-needed charity with an annual budget of £1,000,000. Last year the dreams it funded supported 3,966 children - and this year they are on track to support over 4,200.
